Brothers-in-law Glenn Alessi & Wayne Stelz co-founded Glenn Wayne Bakery in 1990 in a 1,000 square foot facility. We have since out-grown numerous buildings until settling into our brand new state of the art 40,000 square foot facility in 2008. We are a full line bakery manufacturer, offering the highest quality products at competitive prices. We deliver fresh daily in the New York Metropolitan Area and produce a high quality frozen product available for distribution nationwide. Unlike fully automated bakeries, we combine the quality of a neighborhood bakery with our state of the art equipment to produce high quality products at high volume quantities.
Our Research and Development room is constantly being utilized to develop and perfect all of our products. Each day we pride ourselves in customizing products to meet the demands of all of our customers.
